In most cases, you can handle your own publishing (for compositions) and copyrighting (for compositions and sound recordings).  We can show you exactly how to do that (without charging you).  However, if you want us to handle the paperwork and administer your publishing and copyrights, we can do this for a small percentage of publishing profits (plus costs).  Either way, please contact us or discuss it during a recording session.

 

LICENSING PUBLISHED MUSIC

Through our publishing company, O W M Music, we administer publishing and copyrights through BMI.  If you are interested in licensing mechanical, performance (or broadcast), and/or synchronization rights for any artists represented by O W M Music, please contact us with specific details.
